The intervention realized on commission for the headquarters of the Swiss banking institute UBS (Unione di Banche Svizzere) in Manno, Ticino, is set on the third floor of the building, in the two specular spaces opposite the lifts in the east and west wings. Paolini made nine square details out of the perspectival drawing of each of the two areas, details that he later reproduced on eighteen glass panels, attached in random order with steel pivots on the walls, windows, floor, and ceiling of the two rooms (nine panels in each of the two spaces). The elements distributed in the east zone refer to details from the west zone and vice versa. Hence, the title, which alludes to the reportage by images of one space that is transposed into another.
The same title was given to two works made in 2000 (GPO-0846) and in 2001 (GPO-0858), respectively.
