The masonite table includes the 112 original pages of the first French edition of the collection of stories by Alain Robbe-Grillet entitled Instantanés (1962), arranged at regular intervals.
The work is a variation of La Vue (1963-69, GPO-0027), which consisted of the pages of the homonymous tale by Raymond Roussel arranged in a grid.
